3. Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Morendat Farm. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment: Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our accepted payment methods including M-Pesa, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where available.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery Areas: We deliver to specified areas within Kenya. Delivery charges apply based on location and order value.

Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within our stated timeframes, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Temperature Control: All products are delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness and safety.

5. Product Quality and Safety

Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee the freshness of our products upon delivery. Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Storage Instructions: Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after delivery according to our provided guidelines.

Health and Safety: All products comply with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) requirements and food safety regulations.

6. Returns and Refunds

Quality Issues: If you receive products that do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

7. User Accounts

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update this information as necessary.
